Guest speaker is Andrea Osgood, Eden Housing's vice president and chief of real estate development. Eden Housing creates and sustains high-quality affordable housing communities that advance opportunities for all. Andrea has overseen the development of nearly 3,000 new homes and the acquisition of over 1,500 existing units throughout. She’s currently charged with spearheading the organization’s strategic plan goal of adding 10,000 units within the next 10 years.
