Official Ballot Drop Boxes are Now Open!
If you think it’s too late to mail, or if you prefer to personally deliver your ballot, take your voted ballot sealed inside the return envelope to any official ballot drop box by 8 PM, June 7 (when voting closes). Learn more about Marin official ballot drop box security procedures on the Elections Department ballot drop box webpage.
Don’t forget to sign and date the return envelope! A list of official drop box locations and vote centers where you may hand-deliver your voted ballot sealed inside the return envelope is in your Voter Information Guide, or on the Elections Department website.
Avoid lines and vote your vote by mail ballot. We pay the postage! Ballots must be postmarked by Election Day and received by the Elections Department by June 14. Sign up to track the status of your ballot at WheresMyBallot.sos.ca.gov
For more information about how to vote by mail, how to mark your ballot, or how to replace a lost ballot, visit the Elections Department’s vote by mail webpage.
