Proposition 1 - Veterans and Affordable Housing Bond - Authorizes the state sell $4 billion of state authorized bonds to to fund existing housing programs.
Proposition 2 - Homeless Housing Bond - Allows the state to use up to$140 million per year of county mental health funds to repay up to $2 billion in bonds. These bonds would fund housing for those with mental illness who are homeless.
Proposition 3 - Water Bond.Authorizes $8.877 billion in state general obligation bonds for various infrastructure projects.
Proposition 4 - Children’s Hospital Bond. Authorizes $1.5 billion in bonds, to be repaid from state’s General Fund, to fund grants for construction, expansion, renovation, and equipping of qualifying children’s hospitals.
Proposition 5 - Property Tax. Changes requirements for certain property owners to transfer their property tax base to replacement property. Initiative constitutional amendment and statute.
Proposition 6 - Gas Tax Repeal. Repeals a 2017 transportation law’s tax and fee provisions that pay for repairs and improvements to local roads, state highways, and public transportation.
Proposition 7 - Daylight Saving Time. Conforms california daylight saving time to federal law.
Proposition 8 - Outpatient Kidney Dialysis. Regulates amounts outpatient kidney dialysis clinics charge.
Proposition 9 - Removed from ballot.
Proposition 10 - Repeal Costa Hawkins. Expands local governments’ authority to enact rent control on residential property.
Proposition 11 - Ambulance Drivers. Requires private-sector emergency ambulance employees to remain on-call during work breaks. Eliminates certain employer liability.
Proposition 12 - Farm Animals. Establishes new standards for confinement of specified farm animals; bans sale of noncomplying products. Initiative statute.
